On The International Symposium About Second Turkish-german Medicine Law Held By Yeditepe University Medicine And Law Faculty On 21-22 April 2006

Medical law is scientific branch that has not been researched widely in Turkey yet. For this reason the first Turkish- German Medical Law Symposium which was held at Konya Selçuk University on the date of 11-12 November 2005 did draw very much attention indeed. Valuable law scientists of Germany supported the second symposium as much as they did for the first one. The scientists that supported the symposiums are Prof.Dr.Gerfried Fischer from Halle University Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Henning Rosenau from Augsburg University Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Gunnar Duttge from Göttingen University Faculty of Law and Prof.Dr. Brigitte Tag from Zürich University Faculty of Law. The symposium, which was also supported by the precious law science scientists from Turkish Universities, was composed of announcements and excited debates. It was an estimable event that focused on modernization of laws in Turkey and strengthened the scientific ties between Turkey and Germany on the field of law.
