A Study On Authorization Of Drugs In Turkey

In Turkey, it is necessary to get permit from the Ministry of Health for production, export and import of drugs. Before permission, the evaluation of drugs is carried out according to the international drug norms by the scientific committees appointed by the Minister of Health. These committees examine the drugs in terms of security, quality and efficacy. The validity of permits is limitless in Turkey. In addition, all applicants can take drug permit according to the Law Concerning Pharmaceuticals and Medical Preparations No 1262.
