A Little Contribution To The Teaching Of Medical Ethics

Ethics plays a central role in medicine because it bridges the two domains of value-the scientific and the humane-which must be joined at the moment of clinical decision. Therefore, teaching of medical and professional ethics is become more important.
The “Medical Ethics Course” which we have offered in order contribute to professional ethics teaching had three road aims, (1) to prepare a sufficient programme for professional and clinical ethics teaching (2) to help professionals in making clinical ethical decisions, (3) to examine their attitudes and behaviors about some ethical issues at the clinical setting.Keywords: Medical ethics education, teaching methods, medical ethicsTurkiye Klinikleri J Med Ethics 1995,2-3:78-81
