Clinical Ethics Committees working as a subcommittee of Hospital ethics committees deal only with the problems of clinical ethics as implied by their name. These problems can be at the medical and/or management level. As a result, and no matter what the problem is, a clinical ethics committee is the place where you can possibly find the most rational solution. Thus, its serves important eeds within the clinical setting.
These committees, which are made up from clinical workers and the advisors who are added outside of the clinic, must inform the hospital ethics committees about the decisions which they have taken.
