Nowaday, medical and technical developments of intensive care facilities make the critical ill patients live as long as these facilities are used. In these patients, ceasing the therapy means that to make the life end for patients. For this reason, it is commonly discussed if the physicians have got the right of ceasing the therapy also termed “euthanasia”.
