Therapy of the patient in physical and pyschosocial term requires the cooperation of health services, in the traditional health system the staff expect the patient to obey the treatment and hospital rules, whereas in the dynamic health system active participation of the patient in the therapy, many faceted communication and interdisciplinary cooperation is excepted.
