Can Abortion Be A Medical Decision Only?

In this article, it was suggested that abortion, by its definition, is terminating a life in utero. Therefore, to address “what is that living being?”, is more consequential or not. And also it was argued that, when making laws concerning with abortion, legislators should not only values provided by social sciences, especially by philosophy and theology.
