The outstanding description of gene was made by Mendel as factors inherited from parents. By growing scientific knowledge not only nature of the gene but also localization and sequences are becoming known. In the fast communication era, knowledge of the gene evoked expectations for treatment after the diagnosis. On the other hand beside potentials, molecular genetics’ impact on human is different from other medical branches . It has social, ethic and legal aspects. Therefore ethical issues are being studied at national and international organizations to avoid discrimination and genetocracy while respecting human dignity inspite of his or her genotype.
