Organ Transplantation On Basis Of Islamic Resources

aaTefsir AD, Osmangazi Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi, ESKİŞEHİR Organ transplantation is a treatment method whose alternatives have not been developed extensively. For this reason it is still a valid treatment giving hopes to the patients who lost their life expectations. However, this treatment, which differs from other treatments both methodologically and with respect to its financi and moral consegueces causes some problems. These problems are not only related with science of medicine but also with law, morality and teology. In our country where the majority of people is Muslim, asthe religious side of these problems can not be ignored, it is clear that solutions to these problems should be found to some extend.
