Health team members have important duties to protect the patients' rights.
This study aims to determine the expectations of parents who applied to university and state hospitals paediatric outpatient clinics, and to evaluate these expectations from patients' rights perspective.
In this study, it is established that the expectations of families were not enough fulfilled, and there is a significant difference in information levels depending on the hospital the patient applies.Keywords: Child, Patient Rights, Information, Parent, Hospital
