Waters Of Edirne In History With Mr. Rıfat Osman's Pen And Prof. Dr. A. Suheyl Unver's Drawing

Mr.Dr. Rıfatosman, was appoint to Edirne Central Soldier Hospital as a x-rayspecialist in 1903. He loves Edirne so muchthat hesaysmy country in his memories and resembles Edirne to Üsküdar so much. He doesn't work just as a doctor in Edirne. He's closely interested in city's history, culture, social life. He writes articles by making researches on these topics.
As being my muestigation's topic. Mr. Rıfat Osman's article. Wasters of Edirne in history and now'slartealto be published in National newspaperin 1928, 20 September.
Dr. Rıfat Osman meets his close friend Prof.Dr. A Süheyl UNVER in Istanbul in 1925 Mr. Rıfat Osman emposes his love of Edirne to Süheyl UNVER too. He also became a lover of Edirne Süheyl UNVER came whenever he had the opportunity, he walked araund Edirne and he pamted (sulu boya) pictures of mosques, fountains and houses. He took some notes near these pictures.
His drawings of Edirne water ways is one of them. While Mr. Süheyl ÜNVER was drawing the map of water ways of Edirne, at thesame time he was doing what Mr. Rıfat Osman wished.
