One Of The Reasons Of The Degeneration Of The Ottoman Medicine: Indeb-tedness, Favouritism

In general, the head physicians used to examine the physicians but the situation was different outside Istanbul.In the Ottomans, in the mid 16th century, the organizational structure, the social order and medicine started to be out of order. Starting with the 18th century, it began to deteriorate. In our study, we examined indebtedness and favourism depending on the original documents which are relevant We will discuss indebtedness and favourism in the state and the medicine, the reasons for the concepts, the struggle to break the vicious circle, the endeavour to correct.
