Ethical Dilemmas During Newborn Period

Application of 4 ethical principals to the newborns who are in poor conditions results in appearance of a lot of discussion during decision making and even after making the decision for testing wether these decisions are true or false.Best interest principal is mostly used for making decision about stoping, starting the life support or about doing or not doing the necessery surgical treatment for newborn in a poor condition. In rare cases such as anencephalic babies, instead of this principal rational parent decision making is used. An historical period composed of numbers of distressing babies examples and arguments in courts results in apearence of these principals.
