Doctor's Responsibility Toward His/her Patient Stemming Fromthe Contract

An implied contract is designated when a patient visits a doctor. After the contract is signed, the doctor is responsible for realising his/her medical practice which is originated from doctor's obligation to treat the patient in line with deontology and laws.
It is explained in this article that when a doctor treats a patient incompatible with law, he/she is going to be held responsible according to the Administrative, Penal and Civil Codes.Keywords: Patient, Doctor, Contract, Responsibility
