Manual Therapy Througout The History

Using the healing power of human hand is as old as human history. As the most advanced sensory organ hands have been used for the psychological and mechanical power of them, so many new therapy techniques have developed with it. In this article we especially examine osteopathy, chiropractic, acupuncture, shiatsu, reflexology, massage and traction with their historical development and their current legal status in the world. We also address the metaphysical power of the hand.
