The development of new remedies and their first use in man is being conducted as defined by the Helsinki Declaration. An international consensus has been developed on the rules to be followed during the conduction of these trials. National health institutions have more effectively started the applications of these arrangements. These arrangements, designed for the protection of individual rights, have both increased the burden of work and the time consumption .
