An international consensus has been developed on the rules to be followed during the conduction of these trials. National health institutions have more effectively started the applications of these arrangements. These arrangements, designed for the protection of individual rights, have both increased the burden of work and the time consumption . In order to conduct these trials more effectively and on time, we think that it will be convinient to spend big efforts to increase the effectiveness of the present applications. Keywords: Clinical trials, Ethics, BioequivalenceTurkiye Klinikleri J Med Ethics-Hukuku-Tarihi 2002, 10:285-289
