Changes in the technology and service mentality has brought the quality to the service sectors and as a reflection of this fact, it has been reached to a patient-centered service mentality at the pharmaceutical services. Today clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care services has been discussable and implementable in most of the countries. All these developments at the pharmacy have brought ethical problems. The right interpretation of the ethical principles is no doubt utterly important in the solving of these problems. The beneficence principle as one of the essential ethical principles concerns the prevention and remove of damage and the support of the good. Despite its clear definitions, beneficence principle is mixed with non-maleficience principle. The main aims of the harm prevention principle are to avoid bad attitudes and to give no damage to the patient. In this research, it has tried to explain beneficence and non-malecience principles as essential ethical principles from the perspective of the pharmaceutical ethics and the subject has been investigated by various points.Keywords: Beneficence, Non-Maleficience,
