The Ethical Aspect Of The Physician-patient Relationship

Physician-patient relationship is one of the main issue of the medical ethics. This relationship consists of principles, rules and virtues. Hippocratic Oath indicates ethical responsibility of the physician to patient, as the early concern of the professional regulation. While the traditional ethics had been paternalistic, recently the principle of respect for autonomy and patients' rights has been added to it.
